Who we are
This website is operated by Greentech Future Energy Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. (“Greentech”, “we”, “us”), A-710, KP Epitome, Near Lake, Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380051, India. We are the Data Fiduciary (data controller) for personal data collected through this website.
Questions or requests about your personal data can be sent to info@greentechfutureenergy.com. This contact is able to answer, on our behalf, questions about how we process your personal data.
What we collect and why
Enquiries you send us
Our contact form does not send or store anything on our servers. When you press “Send enquiry”, your own email app opens with the details you typed (name, company, email, phone, area of interest and message). If you choose to send that email, we receive it and use it only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a project with you. Our legal basis is your consent, given by choosing to contact us.
Website hosting
Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, as part of serving the website and keeping it secure. These records are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period for security and reliability purposes.

We store your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask you again on every page. See our Cookie Policy.
Embedded Google Maps
If you allow functional cookies or press “Load map”, the map on our Contact page is loaded from Google, which receives your IP address and may set cookies under Google’s Privacy Policy. Without your permission, the map is not loaded.
What we do not do
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
- We do not use your enquiry for marketing unless you ask us to keep you informed.
Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business (such as email and website hosting), under obligations to protect it, or where the law requires it. Some of these providers may process data outside India; where they do, we rely on safeguards permitted by applicable law.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry emails only for as long as needed to respond to you and to manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

The website is served only over HTTPS with modern security headers, and access to our business email is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew it.
