Who we are

Greentech Future Energy Solutions India Private Limited (GFESPL) is a Gujarat-based renewable energy company focused on developing, owning and operating renewable energy projects. We are building a portfolio of Wind, Solar and Wind-Solar Hybrid projects across India, with a focus on reliable, long-term renewable energy assets.

What we do

We take projects from concept to commissioning and long-term operations. That covers land and connectivity, statutory approvals, project development, customer and commercial structuring, financing, EPC coordination, execution, commissioning and long-term O&M. We work with industries, investors, EPC partners, suppliers and other stakeholders to build commercially viable renewable energy projects.

Our approach

Our aim is a scalable renewable energy platform. We identify suitable projects, secure the land and approvals they need, arrange development and execution, and bring them into operation through the right investment and financing structures. Local market knowledge, development experience, execution capability and strong industry partnerships let us create long-term value for investors and energy consumers.

Dr. Vipul Jambucha

Founder & Managing Director

28+years in renewable energy and project management

Dr. Jambucha leads Greentech Future Energy Solutions. He was previously CEO of Ashapura Green Power Pvt. Ltd. and a Director at Opera Energy Pvt. Ltd., and has held leadership roles with EDF Renewables, Vestas, Suzlon and Agrocel. His experience spans development, execution and management of Wind, Solar and Hybrid projects across India, the USA, Canada, South Korea, Vietnam and the Philippines.

Mr. Navin Patel

Head – Business Development

22+years in technology, SCADA and industrial automation

Navin has delivered large-scale projects across the Solar, Wind, Pharma, Power and Oil & Gas industries, building technology and automation solutions for corporate and MNC clients. He combines business development with technical project execution and digital transformation, and has delivered digital products and projects worth ₹700+ crore.
